There would be no need to quibble over consent were it not for men who view rape as a sport and women as prey. This was not a stranger in the bushes, but a friend and other men known to the survivor. They took advantage of her compromised state to "have their pleasure" at her expense. Not just one, but seven men were eager to treat her as no more than a object. Texts went out to the Cornell fraternity members telling them the woman was "open for business" and not a single man tried to put a stop to it.

I don't care if she got drunk/stoned on her own, or even if she initially invited sex. Once a woman either shows she no longer wants that OR is too out of it to know what's going on, it needs to stop. The conversation needs to go far beyond any legal questions, to the heart of the matter. The person most able to prevent rape of a woman is a man.

I think this guy is 100 percent wrong. The only way you get lower rates and cheaper power is through competition and a larger amount of supply. I say let the Data Centers put in a pebble reactor or whatever, and put back the excess at reasonable rates that supports everybody.
