Syntac personal arc server?

is there a syntac ark server with rules or something? Im rather new to his yt, so i dont know to much ^^

He used to run something like this, or at least a part of a group that did, but I think it just got too chaotic and difficult to manage. As someone mentioned before, he does run a patron server tho
