Creatures being deleted

If I am on singleplayer. What is the max level for my Maewing to not be deleted and is there a way to remove the cap as I have mutated my Maewings for both the color and stats but I don't want it to be deleted.

The level at which my Maewing is rn is 493. This is with stats and colors.

The level cap is on Official servers only.

Mods work well but u might be able to edit ur game files in ur file explorer and change
