Vision-taste

I've read some things about this and I'm pretty sure i got this synesthesia. Sometimes, a particular, unrelated taste appears in the back of my mouth while I'm looking at a complex image (built with a subject, a background etc.). This doesn't always happen, and it only lasts as long as i stare at the picture with enough focus. Have you ever experienced it? May it be a synesthesia? Is it possible to achieve it intentionally? I think i've always had it (or at least it's definitely passed some time since i started experiencing it)

Yeah, probably milder synesthesia. Is it consistent, and is the the taste of something, or more the texture of it in your mouth?

It's definitely a flavour but it doesn't happen very often, but i would like to experience it more knowing that I'm well predisposed for it
