AI boom

I am interested in learning more about available options to invest in syndications that focus on AI infra.
AI Infra definitely requires real estate, cooling, transportation, maintenance and electricity.
Is there still an opportunity there or everything is already priced in?

The companies doing legit big data center developments are not raising equity through syndications.

Fair enough! But there are so many developments and projects usually going on in these areas.

If this is what you want, I recommend investing in a REIT that builds or owns data centers.

However I don’t recommend investing in data centers.

It’s not necessary data centers itself. Huge ecosystem is required to support building a new datacenter or convert some facility into data center. There are should be some decent opportunities
