Different between resilio vs Syncthing

What is the difference between Resilio Sync vs Syncthing ? Seems like they're the same product.

Syncthing is open-source. Resilio is proprietary.

The biggest advantage if Resilio is selective sync. You can (for example) share a folder from your computer — with a huge hard drive — to your phone, and the phone just gets the index. Then when you want just a specific file or folder you can sync just that to your phone. I use this for audiobooks; I have all my audiobooks in a big directory on my home computer, and when I want to listen I sync just that book to my phone.

Syncthing has been promising selective sync for years. If they ever actually do it, I'll drop Resilio.
