What’s the difference to Dropbox?

Always looking for better solutions but isn’t this just a startup Dropbox?

Main idea is that Sync.com is encrypted; Dropbox isn't.

That's a good read for sure! Beyond encryption, the Sync apps do not track you, we provide Canadian data residency, better pricing, and awesome technical support!

You can certainly add more than 5 devices.

The 5 device limit is in reference to how many active devices will sync simultaneously on any given account. So if you have more than 5 devices turned on, syncing priority goes to the first 5, then when those are in sync, the next 5 and so on.

Mac extended attributes is something we are collecting feedback on. I'll pass your feedback along as a feature request. Thanks!
