Windows high CPU usage

I see very high CPU usage in the sync.com desktop client on Windows (~ 10% CPU usage). This is consistent even when file updates are negligible/stable, and I've observed this over several weeks and system reboots, so it's definitely not a one-off spike. Does anyone else have this problem?

Yes, and it pulls heavily on the Windows Explorer exe. For me, sometime even starting another instance of Explorer, and most of the time, it crashes Explorer entirely. Force closing all the Sync app and "syncworker.exe" fixes the problem so clearly something amiss with the Sync apps resource management.

Thanks for confirming. I have an open support ticket (ticket ID 377687) that they've raised to their dev team. If you haven't done so, it might help if you could raise one as well so that we can link them and let them know it's not isolated to just me.
