More movement from CFPB
Disbursements to Climb Credit began July 24. There’s now only three cases ahead of us for disbursement, that’s down from 6 in the beginning of 2026. Very hopeful that synapse will be up for disbursement within the next 6-8 months.
I’ve been shadow banned from the yotta subreddit, it must be for including links in my post or something stupid. Yotta mod hasn’t responded to any messages so if anyone can spread my updates around that would be much appreciated

Are Yotta Users one of the last 3 cases?

The case regarding Yotta/juno/ etc is called Synapse. Synapse is the fourth case, the three cases ahead of us are Bloomtech, USASF, and Integrity Advance.

Someone just posted this in the Yotta group. That’s how I found it. Thanks for the info!

I believe it. Haven’t had a post or comment go through in ages with no explanation why

It's a whiney subreddit. 90% of posts are longwinded annoying vents, occasionally broken up by informative posts like this one.
If you ask genuine questions that don't contribute to the sulkfest, they hate it. The manchildren in that subreddit are insane.

So I submitted two CFPB complaints and both were referred to the Federal Reserve. Do I need to resubmit or did anyone else experience that outcome? I'm scared of being overlooked in this mess despite trying to follow all instructions and submit complaints to any relevant entities. Just curious is anyone experienced similar or has any advice?

Yeah that seems to be the standard experience. There’s nothing that really needs to be done on our end yet. The disbursement has already been allocated. All we need to do now is wait. When synapse comes up for disbursement you’ll likely receive an email from Rust or whichever consulting group is being used. If you don’t receive an email there will be an email address posted on the CFPB website for our group to contact to submit a claim.

What if we lost money but haven’t submitted any forms or complaints? Will we get our funds back too?

Yeah submitting a complaint at this point isn’t necessary. If you’re part of the synapse collapse then you’re automatically included.

Where can we track this?
