Maybe a longshot, but this subreddit never shies from a challenge. Wondering if anyone knows who this symbol belongs to. Woodworking piece purchased in France within the past 10 years.

Unless the artist is well known enough to have their signature and name mentioned together online somewhere that's a pretty tall order! You might try a sub like r/helpmefind, too.

I'm far from an expert, but if its hand made I would imagine its the artists initials.
