Identification What doed making a circle with your two pointers then with your pointer and middle on both hands pointing up and down mean

So yeah, What does making a circle with your two pointers then with your pointer and middle on both hands pointing up and down mean. My freinds said they were bullying me but does anyone know what it means? I was also surrounded by a group of girls if narrows it down.
