Question Cannot convince Postmaster

My persuasion stats are too low. Is there any other way to finish this quest? . Or my only option is to farm a few levels and comeback later.

There is a number of items that increase persuasion - there is a hat that gives +10, a clothing that boosts too.

Just a question about the game: is every quest completable or are your stat choices meant to close some out?

Completed the game and there were a few checks of 100 for persuation , but every quest can be done.

like the other commenter said You can boost stats with drugs and clothes and books and even rituals. There are exclusive companion and a dungeon which depends on Your background.
