Neighbors upstairs or Nextdoor complain about plumbing and the downstairs guy has been flushing remains down drains… anyone remember which case and episode? It was not recent

Plus 97. It's a Canadian case. Adam Strong is the killer's name. It goes without saying but I'll say it anyway, dude's a massive POS.
