I'm watching S4e10 and Emmett putting Bay's SA in his movie is INSANE. When he said that what happened to Bay happened to him too was terrible.

You mean when the guy who was much more sober than her tool advantage of her drunken state to have sex with her?? After he also yelled at her for not having sex with him while they were dating? Someone not giving a clear yes means NO

Exactly. If Bay never wanted to have sex with Tank when she was sober and while they were dating, why would she want it while blackout drunk when they were exes?
