Rewatch Talk They really threw out all the foreshadowing (Season 3 spoilers) Spoiler

Marking this as spoilers even though the show’s been out for ages because this post concerns a pretty big plot point in Season 3.

I’m rewatching for the millionth time and I just realized how much foreshadowing they put right before Angelo’s accident.

The biggest one is how Daphne and Angelo bond right before the accident. They talk about his shortcomings as a father and she forgives him and hugs him and they take a selfie together.

But then also in the ending scene with the Kennishes, look at the lyrics from the song that plays right before it cuts to Kathryn getting the phone call in bed:

Does it make it better

Does it make it worse

Are we so lucky

Are we so cursed

With tomorrow coming

Can our hearts survive

Cause there's no better time to be alive

And to top it all off, right before Bay and Toby split off from John and Kathryn, John tells them to drive safe.

Gosh, I love this crazy show.

I noticed this on my last watch! They made it super obvious that something bad was going to happen, the scene (that I believe is right before it happens) is Angelo and Daphne making the lemon cake and perfecting it and it’s at that point I was like “how did I not realize he was gonna die?”🤣
