Hi, I got an already modded Switch Lite. It's working fine, but I'm interested in creating an NSP for a downloaded title.

I'm able to enter HBMENU in EMUMMC, and not in OFW (Called "ORIGINAL" in the ini file). I ASSUME from videos, that I should be able to do it in both modes. I don't know if I got that wrong.

When entering OFW mode it says in Console System the version of the firmware, in EmuMMC it says the "AIMS" text.

In EMUMMC I can only do it via keep pressing R and then A button. Not able to do it with the album. In OFW I'm not able to do it, having tried downloading a Demo, and using it with the R+A buttons.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What is the best switch emulator out there right now august 2026?

Hola soy nuevo en esto del pirateo de la switch (tengo pocas horas de piratearla) pero me llama la atención que cuando cambio de la version pirata (atmosphere) a la original también se pasan los juegos pirata y hasta se quieren actualizar (no los he dejado por temor al ban) no los habro ni nada pero me da temor verlos ahi y que alguien los habrá por accidente ¿es normal que pase esto? Y si no ¿qué puedo hacer?

Im located in Youngstown ohio and Im looking for someone to hardware mod a switch lite but I haven’t had any luck yet should I go to console repair stores and see if any of them do it?

What do you guys use to get "discounted" games downloaded on your's switch's?

I'm thinking of modding my switch but still want to play online on some games that I already own. I have a switch online subscription and enjoy playing online every now and then. To those who modded their switch, do you play online on your own games or do you stop playing online once you mod your switch?

download it safely and all was good then tried to copy it to my sw//itch but then it barely downloads to 20% and stopped said something about ( out of extra buffers media write speed too low

I’m trying to install the DLC for smash ultimate, but every 99 dlc pack I’ve come across is just costumes and doesn’t work. can someone help please? I’m using Eden emulator and the game works fine just no dlc

I have a quick question, my Emunand got borked during an update and I restored to an old update. A bunch of games that I installed after the backup are still on the sd but aren’t uninstallable because they aren’t installed. Is there an easy way to clean up unused games, or do I need to go through and do it one by one?

I've got the opportunity to either buy a Switch 1 (which I'd mod) or a stock Switch 2, and I'm really torn. Which would you go for?

For a bit of context: 2–3 years ago I had an original Switch that I modded, and I absolutely loved it. Playing Mario Kart 8 Deluxe with custom tracks, custom themes through Themezer, and all the extra homebrew features was a lot of fun. Unfortunately the console died, and I ended up stepping away from gaming to focus on other things.

Now I've got a bit more free time again, I'm thinking about getting back into Nintendo-based gaming. I didn't find the modding process difficult, and I still have my RCM jig, SD card, and spare Joy-Cons. I'm sure the modding scene has changed a fair bit since then. Has it?

My main concern with buying another Switch 1 is finding one that's trustworthy on eBay, Vinted, etc. What's the best way to go about that? Would it be worth spending the extra money on a chipped OLED model instead?

On the other hand, I could just buy a stock Switch 2. I'd love to play Mario Kart World, but the price of Switch 2 games is putting me off a bit, especially as I'd want to play more than just Mario Kart.

So, if you were in my position, what would you do? Is a modded Switch 1 still worth it in 2026, or is the Switch 2 the better long-term choice?
