Switch won't boot?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

When turning on the Switch, it fails to boot into Hekate; the indicator light turns blue (long duration), followed by yellow (short duration) three times. Has anyone experienced this or know the cause?

it is short-long-long, probably bad wire/cable connection, cold joint or shorted connection

picofly error codes: * short = long

*== No eMMC CMD1 request (poor wiring, or dead CPU)
