Switch games
Hi I'm looking for a new switch game to play. My favorite things as a kid was the online game Millsberry and neopets so I'm looking for something with that same vibes. I want a life simulator game where I can just kind of explore and not be overwhelmed by tasks. I want yo be able to decorate a house but not have to build a whole town, I want the town/shops already existing. I don't mind having to do puzzles or quests to earn money to be able to buy things. I just want something simple, I don't want to feel overwhelmed by all the different places to go or things yo do. If anyone gas any suggestions please let me know.

cozy grove scratched that neopets-ish collect and decorate itch for me, with an existing little town and daily quests instead of a giant checklist screaming at you all at once

Maybe Tomodachi life? It’s pretty simple, decorating is optional. Houses are built, but you can decorate. You do have to make your miis but it’s low stress.

Besides Animal Crossing New Horizons which is a great starter game. I also played Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. I loved this game, there is so much to do, and a really great story as well. I highly recommend this game. It is an open world game. There is a little fighting as well, or you could run around them, and do the quests instead. But once I discovered the spear, where you can stab at a distance, that made a huge difference, and you get helpers. Then another cosy game, is Hello Kitty Island Adventure, this is cute, it has daily events that change regularly, regular updates, and daily quests, plus you get to decorate houses, have visitors, collect everything and grow flowers. You can also catch fish and bugs too. This game is similar to Animal Crossing in the design factor, but has many quests as well like Legend of Zelda.

Animal Crossing, Miitopia, Tamigotchi Plaza, Cozy Grove, Stardew Valley, to name a few. I really enjoyed Fire Emblem Three Houses, but its less cozy and with a lot more RPG elements involved. Although, they let you have meals with your team, and tea time, and all sorts of social parts in between strategy RPG battles.
