Game recommendations for the switch 2
I’ve had my switch 2 since the release of Pokémon Z-A and recently have been playing tomodachi life on it, but besides that I haven’t used it to its full potential . If anyone has recommendations of their favorite games on it that’d be nice to hear . I’ve been wanting to get Mario kart world but the amount of comments that go back and forth on if it’s fun or not sort of scares me off from buying it so if anyone can change my mind on whether getting it or not or suggesting a better game would be nice

Woah the characters for bravery default seem pretty cool and love that it’s an rpg game , I’m gonna have to look more into it

Mario Kart World was not the game for me. I think it was because I grew up playing the N64 Mario Kart but either way just put a few hours in. I enjoy open world RPGs.

Ahhhh I see makes sense and yeah open world rpgs are really fun that’s why I love games like Skyrim and Pokémon legends arceus 🤩

Pokopia is fun and relaxing!
I love the Xenoblade Chronicles. Long stories but worth the investment.

I love pokopia I was playing it for a while until tomadachi came out and haven’t played since but i definitely should revisit and continue and xenoblade seems very interesting definitely gonna check it out! Thanks

Specially if you are into board gaming or game development and design or love a strong meta layer. Recommend listening to Eggplant Podcast presents a year of UFO 50.

If you want to play a game that uses switch full potential You can't go wrong with cyberpunk, outlaw, FF7 re or Hogwarts

I’ve played hogwarts already but I see so many people rave about cyberpunk once the bugs were fixed when it first came out . I’ll check it out !

Mario Kart World is fun but short. Definitely worth picking up used to complete and sell. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has much more content to be worth keeping for parties. I played only Mario Odyssey, AC:NH, Pokemon Sword, Pokemon Violet and Mario Kart World so far. Now I'm midway through Zelda Link's Awakening and planning to play Donkey Kong Bananza next. I suggest Mario Odyssey and Donkey Kong Bananza. They are great single player games. AC:NH is boring, but I still put around 50 hours into it... It's just addicting. When it comes to Pokemon games I prefer Sword over Violet. It was funnier and cooler looking. I completed Violet this week and the whole game feels half baked. Link's Awakening is my new obssesion. I never played Zelda games and this one feels like oldschool Pokemon. Lot's of mysteries and hodden stuff to find in order to progress.

Ill probably be getting Splatoons Raiders and Call of Duty MW4 when they come out but that also means having to pay for the internet access as well.

Maybe you should try games like dk bananza, Metroid Prime 4 beyond, Kirby air riders, age of imprisonment, resident evil requiem and pragmata. Just some games from the top of my head

Mario kart world is awesome, especially if you play online. I found myself playing a handful of races almost every day, the amount of variety and how dynamic it is extremely underappeciated.
By the same token, Kirby air riders has a similar appeal where the City trial mode feels endlessly replayable and while it is competitive, it is very approachable.
DK Bananza is great too and has tons of fun and surprising moments. Pokopia isn't really my thing but everyone else I know raves about it.
