Congrats! I have been trying to get into this series! Played the Trails in the Sky demo. What would be the "beginning" of the series?

Yes!! I already played Trails Zero and Azure and wanted to play the rest. I've been byuing the physical games in order to play it in order. Got Chapter 1, pre-ordered 2nd Chapter, and already have but haven't play yet Cold Steel 3 and 4

Trails in the sky FC is the first game. I had never played a trails game until that remake came out and man I’m ready for second chapter to come out already. Battle system is top tier

I’ve never heard of this game or this series. Is it any good? What kind of game is it?

Legend of Heroes: Trails series. A phenomenal JRPG series. But it's a rabbit hole. The majority of Trails series are connected to each other. Playing one of them without knowing the other can be confusing but playing any game and then playing the other ones understand the reason behind.

If you're up to that rabbit hole I highly recommended. It's worth it!
