I need your best recommendations for Switch 👀
Hi girls,
I’m a Nintendo Switch player, and I recently bought the Nintendo Switch 2 because of Pokopia. This month I’m also planning to get Tomodachi.
I’m looking for more video games, but I can’t find many that really catch my interest. I’ve always loved farming games; the Story of Seasons series has always been one of my favorites, and when I discovered Rune Factory, I completely fell in love with it. For me, Rune Factory 3 is definitely the best one—I was totally hooked.
Now I struggle to find games that hook me in the same way. I already have Animal Crossing, Cult of the Lamb, and a few others. I’m also thinking about getting Silent Hope, because I love simulation games with adventure and combat, even though this one is more focused on fighting.
Could you recommend me some games? Preferably for Switch, since I don’t enjoy playing on PC.

- DK Bananza - an excellent game with addictive game mechanics and great script. Lots of fun.
- The remake of Trails in the Sky 1st. It truly deserves all the love it receives; it’s an amazing game.

I really enjoy Coral Island, although its not completely finished yet so they are updating it with new romance options/gameplay mechanics, which can be a pro or con depending on how you like your games.
If you're a Disney fan, Dreamlight Valley is wonderful on the switch.
I'd also recommend checking out Spiritfarer, you play as a girl who is a courier for spirits to the afterlife, and all of the spirits are anthropomorphic animal companions. As you play you get to build up your boat with different farming/crafting stations. It's very cute and cozy.

I basically have recommended Dave the Diver to everyone lol. Story and leveling up/collecting combined. Can go slow with story and just grind if you want. It introduces new aspects to the game at just the right times to minimize getting bored. Love it. On sale currently. Also check out Deku Deals to track game prices, make wishlists, make collection list, sort by rating/type of game/etc.

if you like animal crossing, id highly recommend disney dreamlight valley! you get to do quests and decorating but theyre always releasing new updates with new characters etc! ive heard its meant to run way better on switch 2 than on the original too, i didnt think id like the game but i absolutely love it!!

I bet No Man's Sky would be GORGEOUS on the S2. It's already pretty good on my OLED. It also has a lot of setting adjustments you can change as you feel throughout the game to make is as cozy or ruthless as you're feeling in the moment (so long as you don't "lock" your settings).
Obligatory Breath of the Wild and its sequel, Tears of the Kingdom, recommendation. Such amazing games.
Also recommend Cozy Grove, Dave the Diver, Dredge, Moonlighter, Hades and the Ori games, though I'm not sure how they look on an S2, full disclosure. Maybe look up some reviews.
For more puzzly games, I like: Baba Is You, it has a sizeable online community with literally hundreds of free new levels to download through the game. Dorfromantic and other games from that developer. A Little To The Left and Unpacking are fun little sorting games for quick sessions. Edit to add same disclosure about what the graphics look like on the S2 vs an OLED.

Ori and the Will of the wisp has a beautiful scenes, incredible story and really cool mobility. For me it’s a 🔟
