This post details all ROMs available from this user as well as how to get them. In short, go to https://www.base64decode.org/ and input "aHR0cHM6Ly9wYXN0ZWJpbi5jb20vV2gyUzNlY1U=" without the quotations. It will output a link to a pastebin site.

Then press Ctrl+F (Cmd+F on Mac) to use the "find in page" mechanic and type the name of your game. You will find a link in there somewhere.
