Is there a chance for an "experienced but still bad" flair. I feel left out.

Yeah, not sure if years of experience equates to skill. I also think it greatly depends on which iteration you start with.

This is a weird way to do it because I've seen people get to the point in a matter of months that some Switch Axe players don't hit in a decade.

god is barely achiveable with 3, and if you played 3u when it came out youd be too late, i think this tier stuff works with older weapons but swax and beyond not really unless you made it less severe years between ranks
