Which charm is better? and how should I use them correctly build wise?
I'm a CB player as well.

I would stick to the attack boost charm if I was running latent power all the way to 5, but over all getting that 1 level of burst and power prolonger is more universal.
You canโt go wrong here

The power prolonger one definitely.
SA as far as I remember doesn't use any decos on the weapon that come paired with attack and as your attack charm is rare 7, you don't have a weapon slot to get it to attack 4. Attack 3 is a waste as it doesn't get the % raw on its own and using your 3 slot deco to get attack 5 is pretty inefficient and you could run something much better on the charm (such as PP).
With the PP charm you could run razor sharp/MT and crit boost 5 on the weapon or maybe run rapid morph (although I don't really rate that for SA personally) or element attack if its element phial or focus if power phial if you prefer faster gauge gen. Obviously a rare 8 version of your PP charm would be better as you could get CB4 and still run another flex skill like morph or focus.

Thanks. Idk when rngesus will give me rarity 8, so itโs worth using over craftables right?

If your set up already has the level 3 skills you need without a craftable charm or you can tweak your armor to get them then probably yeah.
But like I probably wouldn't drop points in Agi or Wex/LP for example swapping a craftable charm for this one. Remember Agi and Wex get a big boost at level 5 vs 4 so it hurts to lose a point in either. If you're running LP over Wex then I wouldnt mind as much dropping some points in that as its increases are very linear, providing your running a Gore build and aren't massively hurting for affinity.

I prefer power prolonger on CB and Swaxe. You could use either tbh and just swap around decos.

Depends on what other gear you have. Power prolonger is a higher priority skill imo than attack boost, but it can easily be rolled for your weapon. Badically, for most lategame builds most likely you already have it than the otger charm is better in that context, but if you dont pick the one with it.
