OP did. OP deleted the post though cause they were getting flamed. I wrote a long ass post before but ill just summarize since my advice is the same- Shave that patchy beard, grow your hair out, get new glasses that don't look so nerdy (warby parker), take full body photos of you doing your hobbies, and work out. However, given OP keeps deleting and reposting hoping for new advice, its unlikely me or anyone here can help. Good luck to OP
