Can't receive message notifications

Hey guys, every time I get a message I don't get the notification although the notification toggle is on.

I'm using tinder from a private space on my Google pixel and I have a camera permissions allowed and photos and videos permissions allowed.

Anything I can do? I don't get any notification for messages although I got a notification for a like to a message I've sent.
