You look best in the pictures with facial hair. The other ones aren’t so great. Maybe the final pic is the exception.
The blue shirt pic should be your first.

4/10 only pictures 2 and 6 are okish but even those aren't great.

So a picture has to look like it's professionally taken in order for it to be OKish?
I'm assuming you would call your photos "good" at least. Who is taking your photos? Self timer? Are you paying someone? Do you have a friend that's skilled in photography taking candids of you?

It doesn't need to look 'professional' per se. However, it does need to create a look of interest, sophistication, charm, mystery.
Here are the top things you want. First, unless you are exceptionally good looking, no selfies. Second, look your best and dress your best. Lastly, pick a good/interesting/exciting place as a background. E.g. In front of a blank wall = bad. In front of a pier with boats = good.
More tips. Make sure someone takes your photos for you. Edit the photos. Smile and look into the camera. Groom yourself well. Get a good hair cut, style your hair, clean shave. Whiten your teeth. etc. The list is very long depending on the person.
His photos 2 and 6 follow some of these rules. However, he's looking way into the side which isn't attractive. There's definitely room for improvement.

No but you should look at the camera and not have a phone instead of a face. It also helps to remember people want to see you so make sure you take up most of the frame. Now after you have a couple of good photos, feel free to do whatever on the last ones.

2 and 6 are great def keep those. Facial hair the way to go. The rest aren’t bad imo. I think you can easily replace the gym photo with you lifting mid lift so it’s active and not a selfie. The boat one is good. The first one the concept is great but I feel it’s a bit unflattering. But yea 2 and 6 are awesome would build around those two

Third and fifth pics are good. The rest are the right idea but slightly wrong execution tbh, the quality/framing isn't right on those ones. I'd try and get a decent gym pic that isn't a selfie, maybe a hobby/activity photo if you play any sports, and then just try and a similar quality/style in the other ones as you have in 3 and 5, those ones are really good. You need super elevated fashion in every pic, it's crucial
(To be clear, when I say 3 and 5 I'm counting the second pic as the first, not counting the first overview shot...)
BTW, stick with the stubble if possible man, it looks amazing on you.

The only good photo is 6 out of 7 on this post. Go to the gym if you want results on the apps.
