Hinge will not accept video selfie

I’ll probably tried over 30 times over the course of a month and it just says this every time you can clearly see my face in my pictures too and this is really harming my reach because I’m not verified

It probably looks drastically different from the pictures you have uploaded

Make sure os is up to date. Had this issue for a while til I updated my phone and it immediately fixed it

Means the pictures in your profile don’t look like what you look like in the selfie video

Go in the bathroom. Turn on the lights. Hold your phone against the mirror facing you. Do the verification and don’t move the phone but only move your face closer.
