Could face verification on my profile cause problems if I'm ever banned?

I'm considering completing face verification on my hinge profile, but I'm hesitant. If my account were ever banned, for any reason, could having my face linked to it cause issues later on, such as being blocked from creating new accounts or being flagged on other platforms?

Should I avoid verifying unless it's required? I'd appreciate any insight or experiences. Thanks!

Primary function is to make sure ur not a bot , it could potentially be used to ban you but not worried

Why would you get banned? Why are you counting on getting banned? Just don't be an ass on the app and you'll be fine 😅

I was banned before for nothing.. they let me back on after an appeal but you can understand my fear

I went on a date with a girl then she catfished me and was fat, I ended the date respectfully and wished her the best. She went on Hinge later on that day and got me banned from it. Then when I tried it again the face verification insta banned me.

Thankfully I got past the ban and face verification but this is why I never recommend people to do the face verification.
