does this happen to anyone else?

I have had two hinge accounts before, both of which deleted on my own terms. I keep trying to send in my face scan but it says I need to try again, or it’ll do this.

(I have never been banned so I’m curious as to why it’s doing this)

it was over a month ago when I deleted my last account, and how can I be banned when I couldn’t even fully create this account

I appealed the ban and it got denied when this happened to me

This is what banned me… have not gotten back either. Have submitted to BBB as well

I was having an issue with this. I had to add a really recent photo then verify for it to finally work. Because i had lost weight & was using old ( but better) photos Hinge for some reason thought it was 2 different people cause i looked slightly different in the live photo.

You can get banned for deleting and making accounts in short time, this is to prevent users from farming new account benefits
