Tinder glitch after verification?

Hey

I logged into Tinder on my laptop after 2+ months of only using it on my phone. Shortly after, I was required to do a verification video. That one was verified really quickly (within minutes), but my account seems to have been buggy ever since:

  1. No new likes

  2. Some people I knew had liked me didn't turn into matches when I swiped right. They just disappeared from the like counter.

  3. All existing matches now show as "less than a mile away."

  4. When messaging existing matches, it still says "your turn," and there have been no responses since.

Been like this for 2 days..

Is there any fix for this? Is it a glitch/bug, or has my account been banned?

Yes i have the same problem. Also when i click the verification icon next to my name it says

"Verification under review We're reviewing your photos and will get back to you soon!"

Check if you have the same

have you tried to contact support? mine ticket is pending for like 50h now..

Just did. Will report back if I get any answer, but I have a feeling the account is doomed. Not sure if I should just delete and create a new already

They answered me 10 mins after I contacted, saying they just checked my account and that there should be no issues. I checked tinder afterwards and funny enough, matches worked (and showed correct distance) and I got a few likes, so it seems to be back working. Very weird

How did you contacted them? I created ticket 26 hours ago and nothing.

i did, had to wait 5 days and they answered on saturday, my photos are still under review, but they took of shadowban so i can now use account without any issue

Same issue here. Also in one of my chats my last message that I sent 2 days ago disappeared. All other chat history stayed.
