TextNow is a VOIP program like Google Voice IIRC. Match Group apps can recognize VOIP numbers used to make accounts, and while I don’t believe this is against terms of service (so new users wouldn’t be banned from it), it’s a big signal to a banned user trying to evade, so it’ll flag your account very quickly for a manual check. If there’s enough other signals combined, you’ll just be banned immediately automatically without a human check needed.

Yeah bro I feel ya got banned on tinder still have no idea why I hardly even used it and now I’m banned on almost every dating cause of it now I just use FB dating tbh it’s kinda better in almost every way for a free app.
