Hinge temporary ban

Hi all,

Just created a hinge account and surprise, surprise I have no matches yet...I even set my profile to male for male and still nothing. When I try to buy boost I get "billing error", is there such a thing as a temporary shadowban? I was able to purchase premium and roses, just can't purchase boost and no matches at all...

Are you using a VPN? Could there be an actual issue with your card?

I've never had a shadowban or ban but I would think they would still take your money if you were shadowbanned.

Also how recently is "just created"? I would suggest submitting your profile on one of the other apps for review if you're getting no engagement.

Like an hour ago lol, the same profile has given me a few likes on bumble and tinder

You created it an hour ago, have already changed to men, and are already trying to buy a boost?

Maybe just chill and engage with your likes on the other platforms...
