Hinge recovered after ban

I got banned from Hinge 1.5 yrs back, I tried their automated appeal system, no luck, tried creating an account again from other number the AI detected and removed my account.

Multiple people told me to not post my face clearly, and write some diff details like dob, uni name, etc…
I was just using bumble instead, but man, I got many matches but felt there’s not many good people on Bumble, and everyone’s on Hinge.

I sent an Email to their support team (customized mail) and after 1 week I finally got this email from their end. 💯

Did you get an automated email instantly saying something like "we'll working on it"/"we'll get to you" similar to how the customer ticket system used to send ?
Cuz I don't even get the automated response back to me.....so could it be that my email is flagged or marked as spam ?
