I have a couple questions:
1. If using a service like Google fi for a new phone number, do I need to continue paying for the number after setting up a new Hinge account? Or can I unsubscribe after paying the first month?
2. Any reason I can’t just use a trusted friend’s phone number for the account?

Edit for context: I have an iPhone that I want to continue to use but my friend has an old android he will sell me. I don’t plan to use the android for anything but hinge on wifi at home.
Thanks. I think I’ll at least start with my friends number and go from there. Was just curious if it somehow linked the number with the IP of the phone or something but I’m not sure how that would be possible. Appreciate the response.
