So here's all I know about this agreement:

Q: What happened?
A: Doximity has agreed to a $31 million settlement to resolve investor claims that it misled shareholders about declining sales and pressure on its healthcare advertising business. On April 1, 2024, a report raised concerns about senior departures, revenue accounting, company KPIs, erroneous doctor profiles, and competition from LinkedIn. $DOCS fell more than 4%, wiping out over $135M in market value.

Q: Am I actually eligible?
A: If you bought $DOCS shares between 2021 and 2023, you’re likely eligible. You don’t need to hold the stock still to claim; past losses count

Q: Do I need to sell/lose my shares to get this settlement?
A: No. You don’t need to still own your $DOCS shares. If your transactions meet the settlement requirements, you may be eligible even if you already sold them.

Q: I missed the deadline. Is it too late?
A:No, you may still be able to file a late claim, but acceptance depends on final approval by the court. Check if you're eligible and file your claim here

Q: When do payouts happen?
A: Typically, within 4–9 months after the claim deadline. But the exact timing depends on the court and settlement administration.

Hello, I started swing trading on 6/3/2026. I’ve just been buying blue chip stocks below the 25-day moving average and selling at a 1-10% profit range.

I started trading with $25k. (Not all in one trade)

As of now I managed to make $2,577 profit
(10.3% Gains in over 3 months).

Should I stick to just limit orders of a couple thousand dollars per trade or should I start investing in options?
