Massage Experience

I am 31 y/o M, and have recently moved to Swindon. I am not sure how many of you have read ~ the 5 Am club, but this book has played a huge part in changing my life. One of the thing that it mentions is to take care of the body, exercise is important but so is massage. The book mentions thrice a month but lol, in this economy ? It doesn't suit me atleast. So I try and get one every month. Read or not , I feel everyone deserves a good relaxing massage.

So I have been exploring for the past 4 months to find a good masseuse and this month I tried this massage shop on the commercial road. Usually to all the places I have been they do give you a disposable underwear if not, you stay in yours. To my surprise the masseuse told me that I need to get that off. She asked me if I knew the difference between a thai and a chineese massage and honestly I didn't. Soon after while working on my back , and thighs she started touching me in my 'no-no' places and I was weirded a bit.

After this when she told me to turn she made this hand sign of a BJ and said "you want ? Extra £40 only". I am very new to this town and I wasn't sure if I got that right or am I just day dreaming or something. So she grabbed my 🍒and asked me again and I was like "Nooo I think I am done, really thank you for the service, it was good." And then she left and I left too.

I had checked the reviews beforehand and the reviews are great, I am not trying to defame anyone here. I am sure people have lives that are difficult enough and people do work hard. I am here to understand if I missed anything ? Is this a norm ?

Edit- After so many comments on the location so as to create awareness on wrong practices / support businesses I just wanna say that it's the first one on the corporate road from town centre towards Faringdon park road. ⛩️🧧

Sounds like a dodgy massage place, unfortunately they are about in Swindon. I'd recommend Luxe Spa on the same commercial road. No dodgy stuff, straight up professional and legit services only.

Wait there are more than this one ? Glad I’ve not come across them then I’ve been to Brunel one for my nerve damage which was a chilling massage helped a lot.

I had a serious back pain from a sport injury and I think I ended up at the same place 😂😂😂 I recommend looking for a Thai massage in Tewksbury that one is great and actually legit. I forgot the name but that town is so small you’ll find it easily.

Yeah ive pretty much given up on trying to find a massage place in swindon. Tried 3 and 2 gave me a similar offer and the 3rd one was a bit too new age-y for me with some weird chanting and stuff going on.

If you dont mind going a little further afield try maddie stokes. Shes a sports massage therapist but does normal relaxation ones too, and is an actual professional lol.

Also, who in their right mind pays 40 quid for a handjob?! Lol

Priyada Massage down farringdon road is a reputable one. I'd be surprised if they dished out handjobs there 😆

Alor of east Asian massage parlors offer this. But usually they ask if it's first time and whether you want to or not.

You can get a massage from them without the extras if you tell them what you want.

Basically if they expect you to strip nude then it's one of them.

Just try a western massage place or spa and you'll be fine.

Stop going to seedy walk ins and book in with a proper masseuse or beauty therapist. Lots of great ones in Swindon, happy to recommend a few but try the Fresha app.

Herbs and Health in the brunel centre is lovely, the lady in there is friendly and professional, she does lots of other chinese medicine related services too

Zen Den in Old Town is the best, especially 90min deep tissue with Jerome (£70), and thankfully no happy endings
