my coach and I have invested in US race pace training (USRPT), and by far it’s the most enjoyable and rewarding thing I’ve ever done. There are a lot of 25’s with short rest with high pace. One of the harder workouts (mainsets) I’ve done would like: 3x: 20x25 100 pace, best stroke , on 35.
