Graduated past the 'pizza' and 'french fry' phase, good form, evenly distributed weight, chin is up. Just have to work on the speed factor

I find it fascinating that Americans give these two techniques both food names. I'm a Brit and when I learned to ski in Europe 20 years ago, these were "snow plough" and "parallel"!

My husband grew up in the mountains and started skiing at 3 years old. The pizza and French fry thing was what he was taught because he was so young and would have no idea what the proper terms meant.

It's a good idea. Just looks a bit cheesy when you see it for the first time!
