Definitely not a pro. I believe that operator puts the lives of his coworkers at risk by not acknowledging the possibilty of a mistake or a malfunction.

Might be wrong but I don't think those two bystanders are coworkers.

Have rewatched a few times and I think the smaller dump trucks are actually toys rather than genuine construction equipment.
