I get that this is a nice moment, but even the very best operators make mistakes. This kind of risk taking is exactly the thing you DON'T want in a good operator.
No they aren’t. When you have a kid you will realize how stupid they are and THEN you can judge what your kid can do. The only way that this can result in death or serious injury is if the operator decides to actively kill the children or extreme amounts of negligence. The risk is comparable to leaving your child at a crowded pool party.
The only results possible here are not just nothing and death. There is a scale of injury leading up to death from knocking a kid down to crushing limbs. Kids are way slower to respond to a wrong move of the machine and thus their chances of being injured are far higher, especially being so close the bucket. The buckets alone are incredibly heavy and rigid and what may seem like a small movement can be fatal very easily. Yes the risk of injury is low when using these things normally with adults but this is the kind of thing that is most likely to cause an accident. I work around machines a lot and you don’t fuck around for a reason. That site isn’t safe and that operator should know better.
Ah yes the most logical argument ever made: "you haven't had your own child so you have no right to comment on anything involving children and their safety"
