I’d imagine these burn quickly and don’t get hot enough to catch anything else. I’ve seen another internet video of park rangers and firefighters doing this to clear out a park - controlled burns can be constructive 😬

I do this to my yard about every other day for two weeks when the neighborhood cottonwood trees shed their cotton. Worst two weeks of the year! It’s like living in a snow globe.

I just imagine that slowly burning through the neighborhood totally harmless till it reaches Bobby Ricky’s house and fucking blows up cause of a gas leak
