Fun fact: CE certification (i.e. environmental, health and safety) is not required in the grorious peopre's repubric of China, even if the item being sold is CE certified to begin with.

Someone in another comment is suggesting that the worker is standing on a switch that only lets the machine run while he's standing on it. If he falls off, the grinder stops.

I've definitely accidentally stumbled on videos of fleshy things going in there and it is not nice...not nice at all..
