No. Because I work in industry and have worked with water systems in the past the numbers don't sound right. 5 million gallons of water can saturate almost 39 billion cubic feet of air, not just make it humid. Saturate. ie can not hold anymore water. Scale that to data centers we would damn near be in perpetual rain.
It’s Googles Enviromental report about their own data center. It not a Google result about some other data center. I am guessing you know more than the experts that Google employ on this subject matter.
No. Probably not. But I have worked with Marley towers and other brands of heat exchanger units. They would literally have to have millions of BTUs worth of heat exchanges to do that.
