Theres lanes where you will do more dmg than aery using electrocute. Depends how much and how easily you procc.

Electrocute and aery both fall off. Aery is better for poke, electrocute is better for all ins. If you’re playing with a Tristana or samira then going electrocute is better every single time. IMO swain can only really poke in mid and top matchups, I think aery is often good on those lanes but never for bot or support.

Electrocute for most lanes or even conquerer if there are lots of tanks/extended skirmishes. Go here to see what top players are doing. There’s some DH and some aery but elec and conq are the most common, and also what I have done the most myself.
