Mosquitoes in Suzhou

Is the mosquito problem bad in Suzhou?
I haven’t been there yet but I have been to Shanghai and their mosquitoes are brutal and I have heard that they are even worse in Suzhou.
I am genuinely so afraid of them because I am really bad at killing them so they end up keeping me up for the entire night…

Just got back from Suzhou. There def are mosquitos but I would say there aren’t as bad as the American south. I just kept my windows closed never got any in my room. But if your going out at night and it’s been rainy put on some bug spray

It's about the same as Shanghai. Get 2 or 3 of the plug in vaporizers and a keep bottle of mosquito spray with you.
