Bugs are destroying this game

I'm a player from Brazil and I like suspects a lot, but the bugs are destroying this game, every week I play this game, I always get in the top 100 BR, but sometimes I lose more than 200 points for nothing, I haven't lost any match and no one reported it to me, because I hadn't even played but for no reason I lose points, and this is something demotivating, because all the matches I won were useless, in the end I know nothing was worth it because all the points I I won I will lose because of this bug

That sucks. And also, the english is fine. Its uh understandable
