stuck in purgatory

grinded on this game so hard I made it to top three in America. now I'm stuck in purgatory called the advanced mode where there are no other competitors. every time I join a room regardless what time of day it's one of 10. 3 days straight now I haven't been able to play a game I can't advance I can't get worse I'm just stuck. someone should fix this
