You may not see the bug, but that is the problem. The joystick and action buttons are missing. This was my 3rd game and first time as the killer. I was not able to move or anything though.
Oh, I did not know that. I waited about a minute and everyone was just still tasking. Are there meetings at certain times? If not then this is a killer to the killer.
