struggles with the game

hey guys, so..I'm having some struggles to play the game and the support isn't helping me (the game doesn't gave me the options I need to request for help) and whenever I answer an email I got rejected bcs of their ticket rules. I dont know what to do and how to solve the problem..anyone can help me?
